How it works

How it would work?

We work to a four stage process

Firstly we will work with you to identify a small and discrete set of individuals who are making that transition from being managed, to managing for the first time.

Secondly by working with you and the management structure we will develop a learning programme for these new line managers and supervisors. This analysis can take the form of interviews, group sessions, surveys/questionnaires - any number of techniques that are applicable within your environment. The methodology we use will be discussed and agreed with you.

Thirdly from this investigation we will develop a programme (or series of programmes) of study for the targeted group. We will work with you to identify these issues and formulate the resulting programmes of study, which will target the issues and concerns that you want us to address.

Finally we will then undertake the programmes with the selected group of individuals allowing you to see the benefits of our approach and plan for roll-out at your pace, and to suit your requirements
